Description of the organization's activities:
The Canadian Network for Maternal, Newborn and Child Health is a collaboration of over 80 organizations working to save lives of the most vulnerable women, newborns and children in over 1,000 communities globally. Comprised of non-governmental organizations, academics and health practitioners, the Canadian Network brings together knowledge and expertise to improve results and engage Canadians from across the country.

Organization's membership or classes of membership:
Individual -Individuals from any of the above disciplines including: Researcher/Student/Retired/Non-Wage Earner: Individuals who are currently enrolled in post-secondary educational programs from the above disciplines or those who have retired from positions and are no longer earning a wage. Organizational -Organizational: Organizations who have a commitment to maternal health may designate two persons as representatives. These individuals will be extended all the privileges of regular membership. The organization itself, however, cannot hold office in CAN-MNCH.
