Description of the organization's activities:
Global Citizen is a movement of engaged citizens who are using their collective voice to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals and end extreme poverty by 2030. Through our mix of content and events, grassroots organizing and extensive reach through our digital channels, we are building the world’s largest movement for social action. We organize massive global campaigns to amplify the actions of Global Citizens from around the world.

All Global Citizens register for free on our platform by inputting their name, email address, location and issue area interests. Members are based around the world, including in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, India, Germany, and South Africa, among other countries. Over 200,000 Canadians have registered on our platform since the opening of the Canadian office in 2013.

Over 200,000 Canadians have signed up to become Global Citizen members since the opening of the Canadian office in 2013.
