Description of the organization's activities:
Community Living Toronto has been a source of support for people with an intellectual disability and their families since 1948. They offer a wide range of services including respite, person-directed planning, employment supports, residential programs, and community-based activities. They are proud to support over 4,000 individuals and their families in 80+ locations across Toronto.

Membership in the Organization: Two Classes - The Association is authorized to establish one Voting Class of members and one Non-Voting Class of members as follows: a) The Voting Class of members shall be entitled to receive notice of and to attend all meetings of the members of the Association and each Voting Class Member shall have one (1) vote in person or proxy at each such meeting, except for meetings at which only members of another class are entitled to vote separately as a class. b) Except as otherwise provided by the Act, the Non-Voting Members shall be entitled to receive notice of, and to attend meetings of the members of the Association, but shall not be entitled to vote at such meetings.
