The Policy Insights Forum (PIF) is a nonpartisan Canadian non-governmental organization. The PIF helps improve public policy and decision-making through independent research, analysis and engagement.

    • The Policy Insights Forum (PIF) is a not-for-profit business unit of Samuel Associates Inc. The PIF is structured to become a virtual symposium focused on defence and security issues pertinent to Canada, the US and our Allies. Utilizing the latest online teleconferencing technologies, the Policy Insights Forum will bring together members of the Canadian Armed Forces, senior government officials, academics, the business community leaders, students and other interested parties to identify and discuss issues of national and international defence and security of strategic concern to Canada. Drawing from various universities and governmental interest centres, as well as the private sector, PIF will undertake symposiums/discussion groups/presentations that address national and international defence and security concerns in the broadest sense.
