Energy, Infrastructure, Natural Resources Communicating with the Government of Canada about “An Act to enact the Free Trade and Labour Mobility in Canada Act and the Building Canada Act”), also known as the “One Canadian Economy Act”, which was enacted by Bill C-5 in 2025, more specifically as it relates to the oil and gas sector. Climate, Industry Communicating with the Government of Canada to request that the Government not proceed with the proposed regulatory framework to cap emissions from upstream oil and natural gas sector, and instead work with industry and provinces on other effective and collaborative solutions to deliver emission reductions.
