• Canada-EU Trade and Investment Agreement - encourage the federal government of Canada to include provisions that will liberalize trade in information technology goods and services and management consulting services.
• Digital Economy Strategy - encourage the federal government to include positive recommendations for industrial incentives to encourage global investment in jobs and innovation in Canada and to encourage Canadian businesses to increase investment in information and communications technologies.
• Industrial Regional Benefits Program - secure eligibility for IBM Canada's products and services.
• Policy on Management of Information Technology - Treasury Board Policy Suite - advocate for the inclusion of interoperability and open standards and use and increased investment in Cloud computing and software analytics.
• Pre-approval to hire temporary foreign workers - secure a pre-approval arrangement for occupations currently covered under the "Facilitated Process in High Demand Occupations" and "Hiring IT Specialists under exemptions".
• Scientific Research & Experimental (SRED) Tax Credit program - secure refundable tax credits against eligible R&D expenditure
• World Trade Organization Negotiations - encourage the federal government of Canada to include and advocate other countries to include provisions that will liberalize trade in information technology goods and services and management consulting services.

• Excise Tax Act - secure necessary amendments to allow for changes to the Ontario Harmonized Sales Tax's treatment of outsourced IT services to banks and financial institutions.
• Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act - Retain the Act's support for technology neutrality.
