The Association of Canadian Disability Benefit Professionals (ACDBP) exists to self-regulate the disability tax credit provider industry. Disability Benefit professionals in the ACDBP assist clients in navigating through the challenging process of obtaining the Canadian government's disability tax credit. The ACDBP also exists to work with the Government on the topic of the act, chapter 7, that allows the Government to make consequential amendments to the Tax Court of Canada Act to restrict the fees that promoters of the disability tax credit can charge, in an attempt to set non-punitive and reasonable limits on the restriction of charged fees.

The name of the most senior paid officer (i.e. the registrant) will appear on all in-house monthly communication reports, whether or not he/she participated in the communication.
Note: Monthly Communication Reports are due on the 15th day of each month for communications that took place in the previous month.
