Avivagen is a life sciences company developing and commercializing products for livestock feeds to replace antibiotics for growth promotion and to help prevent disease by supporting the animal’s own health defences. Initially concentrating on the two largest feed segments – swine and broiler poultry. Avivagen is based in partnership facilities of the National Research Council of Canada in Ottawa, Ontario and Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island.
