Description of the organization's activities
The Calgary Zoological Society's mission is to take and inspire action to sustain wildlife and wild places. Through research focusing on conservation reintroduction and breeding of endangered species, community conservation, educational programming for all audiences and connecting visitors with wildlife, the Calgary Zoological Society promotes conservation and encourages environmental stewardship. The vision of the Calgary Zoological Society is to be Canada's leader in wildlife conservation.
