Wilder Institute Calgary Zoo's mission is to take and inspire action to sustain wildlife and wild places. Through research focusing on conservation reintroduction and breeding of endangered species, community conservation, educational programming for all audiences and connecting visitors with wildlife, the Wilder Institute Calgary Zoo promotes conservation and encourages environmental stewardship.
