The Canadian 4-H Council provides relevant programs and services which are consistent with the 4-H philosophy and which serve to enhance the provincial 4-H programs. The Council organizes and coordinates national and international conferences, exchanges and scholarships which focus on citizenship, leadership development, career choices, technology transfer and other pressing issues being faced by today's rural communities and their young people. 4-H membership is open to youth from 9 - 21 years of age.
