- Budget 2017 allocates monies for community infrastructure, access to skills development training, restorative justice projects and community policing services while budget 2018 allocates monies for critical medical care, addictions treatment, remote First Nations health care and the non-insured health benefits program for First Nations. The goal of the lobbying activity was to obtain funding for community projects for the client First Nation from the monies allocated in Budgets 2017 and 2018 .
