Policies or Program
- Arctic & Northern Policy Framework. Mineral resource development and its contributions to many aspects and goals of the policy framework including indigenous reconciliation, Arctic sovereignty, economic development, capacity building, etc. We represent mineral resource development which can fit into so many aspects of the Framework. I tried to signal that in the Subject Matter box. When mineral resource development is the largest portion of the economy, you will understand it can support many part of the policy.
Policies or Program, Regulation
- Mackenzie Valley Resource Management Act and its associated regulations and Board policies. This act controls mineral resource development, and how it is applied is having negative effects on development and the private sector. We work with government to identify problems and then find solutions.
