- Bill C-344 – An Act to amend the Department of Public Works and Government Services Act. Open shop contractors are an important stakeholder to ensure policies promote fair competition.
- Bill C-69 An Act to enact the Impact Assessment Act and the Canadian Energy Regulator Act. Providing input to ensure major infrastructure project costs remain reasonable and open shop contractors can continue to compete.
