- Entretenir des discussions récurrentes avec les élus et les hauts dirigeants des ministères en vue d'accroître la notoriété des centres collégiaux de transfert de technologies et de pratiques sociales novatrices (CCTT) membres de Synchronex auprès d'eux. L’objectif de ces discussions est de favoriser la poursuite du développement des CCTT (orientation afin de faire connaître le réseau des CTTT aux titulaires de charges publiques) et de promouvoir la recherche appliquée en l'incluant dans leurs orientations futures et dans l'élaboration des grandes politiques publiques afin que les CCTT continuent de contribuer au développement économique et social de toutes les régions du Québec.
