The Fisheries Council of Canada is a federation of trade associations and corporate members in Atlantic Canada, Quebec, British Columbia, Newfoundland, and Nunavut. FCC's member firms process, distribute, import, export and harvest fish and seafood products and supply industry services. The Council's key objective is to promote members' interests to the federal government. As well it provides industry information to domestic and international business and fisheries groups, to the media and to the general public.
