Treasury Board Contracting Policy 2004-2. This policy affects the way Commissionaires contracts with the Government of Canada. It is also called the Common Guard Services Policy. The way this policy works directly affects the business of Commissionaires. We are interested in amending this policy from a current hiring quota accountability framework to a Program-based accountability framework. We are proposing to work more closely with government organizations to serve the needs of Canada's veterans.
