- Canadian Environmental Assessment Act: The government is committed to reviewing CEAA. Will be advocating for effective and efficient legislation and regulations
- Canadian Nuclear Safety Control Act: Regulatory documents pertaining to the design,construction and operation of new nuclear power plants and continued safe operation of existing plants.
- Fisheries Act: With respect to possible changes to the Fisheries Act involving destruction of fish and/or fish habitat
