WE SERVE THE ADVOCACY AND NETWORKING NEEDS OF OUR MEMBERSHIP THROUGH CONFERENCE ORGANIZING, PUBLICATION RESEARCH, POLICY DEVELOPMENT, INFORMATION EXCHANGE AND MEDIA AND GOVERNMENT RELATIONS. WE ARE A NON-PROFIT, NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATION.
Organization's membership or classes of membership: WE HAVE 2 TYPES OF MEMBERSHIP - ASSOCIATE AND FULL. ASSOCIATE MEMBERS ARE ANY INDIVIDUAL WHO CARES ABOUT REFUGEE RIGHTS AND NEWCOMER SETTLEMENT. ASSOCIATES PAY A FEE OF $35 LOW INCOME OR $100 REGULAR. ASSOCIATES DO NOT HAVE A VOTE. FULL, VOTING MEMBERS OF THE CCR ARE ORGANIZATIONS CONCERNED FOR REFUGEE RIGHTS AND NEWCOMER SETTLEMENT.
