Subject Matter: Retrospective: | September 21, 2005: Letter sent to John Godfrey, Minister of State (Infrastructure and Communities) expressing concern that the then pending gas tax deal with Manitoba would relax the rules for the use of the funds thereby reducing the potntial share to public transit in that province.September 21, 2005: Letter sent to Jean-C. Lapierre, Minister of Transport to thank him for the announcement of federal funds to help with training, equipment, risk assessment and security methods in public transit and inter-city bus systems.
