Canada Gazette, Part I, Volume 155, Number 25: Order Amending Schedules 2 and 3 to the Tobacco and Vaping Products Act (Flavours) From my position as a director for an e-liquid manufacturer and retailer of 40 stores, I have an implicit understanding of the impact of this potential regulation on my clients. It is likely that my company would be negatively affected as many companies would close in the industry if the proposed regulations came into force.

Education around flavours, youth vaping, nicotine cap, small business related to the industry, and other major discussions surrounding the industry. Explaining the complexities of this industry to Parliamentarians is a crucial step in ensuring the industry's survival. It is equally important to hear their perspective on the matter in order to have meaningful conversations that will drive change. My company and many others that support this industry will experience a significant loss, should the regulatory landscape be changed the way that has been proposed.
