• The Canadian Dental Care Plan and the Canada Dental Benefit, specifically the ODA is supporting the Canadian Dental Association (CDA) as it engages Health Canada on the National Dental Care Program for Low-Income Canadians. Additionally, the ODA is supportive of the Canadian Life and Health Insurance Association's (CLHIA) proposal for a tax credit for small business corporations as an incentive to continue employer-sponsored dental benefits.

• Implementation of National Pharmacare, specifically the ODA is supporting the Canadian Dental Association (CDA) as it engages the Government of Canada on this initiative, particularly as it concerns the taxation of health and dental benefits as a possible means of subsidizing a public program.
