Thrive Health is a Vancouver-based health technology company. We build software that helps Canadians access their health information and helps the clinicians caring for them work from a complete picture. Our platform serves two audiences. Thrive Personal is free for every Canadian. It gives individuals, families and caregivers one place to gather, understand and share their health information across every doctor, clinic and care setting they visit. Thrive Clinical is used by specialist clinics, hospitals and allied health teams. From the time of a referral through to follow-up, it automates manual work and frees up clinical capacity for patient care.

- Thrive Health is a software company founded with a mission to fundamentally improve the delivery of healthcare in Canada and around the world. We exist to support patients in their advocacy for better health, clinicians in delivering excellent care, and healthcare agencies as they work to reduce gaps in the system. Our core products are designed in partnership with clinicians and centre around the patient's journey through specialist care. From the time of a referral through to follow-up, the Thrive platform asks the right questions at the right time, and identifies potential risk factors based on built-in clinical decision support rules. The Thrive platform is web-based and accessible from any device, and now offers COVID-19 screening where applicable. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Thrive partnered with Health Canada and Provincial Governments across the country to develop apps that house resources, stats, and self-assessment tools for determining next steps when experiencing symptoms or faced with concerns related to COVID-19.
