| Communication Report amended on: | 2020-07-25 previous entry: 227341-473320 |
| Reason for amendment: | We reference the email from Ms. Denise Cloutier, Compliance Officer, sent on June 25, 2020. Upon review, we submit this amendment to our report for April 2, 2020. The amendment to our report for April 2, 2020 has two changes: (1) removed Travis Gordon (Senior Policy Advisor, Minister of Health) who was named by inadvertent error; (2) removed Kerry Robinson (Director, Intergovernmental & Stakeholder Policy Division, PHAC), Joanne Lin (Policy Analyst, Intergovernmental & Stakeholder Policy, PHAC), Ray Clark (Manager, Intergovernmental & Stakeholder Policy Division, PHAC) who do not appear to be DPOHs. The amended report for April 2, 2020 should now correctly list one DPOH namely Tahiya Bahkt (Senior Advisor, Minister of Health). Thank you. |
