Steps taken to obtain financial assistance (grants, loans, tax holiday or other) from the Federal government, among other things through the Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (Industry Canada) and Transport Canada (TC), the nature and amounts of which are still unknown. The financing will be used to expand its Montréal cane sugar refinery and its Toronto distribution centre.
