• Negotiated the terms and facilitated the implementation of Transport Canada's Electronic Collection of Air Transport Statistics (ECATS) Program
• Obtain financial benefit compensation for air carriers and flight training schools that will be negatively impacted by the airspace restrictions due to the 2010 Olympic Security in the British Columbia area.
• Participated in the development of the training program and documentation required for Canadian Border Service Agency inspectors with air carriers.
