• Investment in Modernization & Capacity Augmentation The company has the desire to conduct a capital investment in their LaSalle facility. The project would modernized the facility and increase its production capacity, in turn increase the sales potential. However, internal competition exists within the parent company, thus in order to obtain board approval, the company must demonstrate a cost efficient project to the board which shows the local support. The project will also benefit the government as it will generate educated employment, increased sales, and increased employment.
