Engage officials with respect to a proposed strategic potash export expansion project in Port Moody as it relates to (1) support to accelerate development and completion of the project through streamlined permitting; and (2) consideration for support under funding programs such as the Trade Diversification Infrastructure Program, the Strategic Response Fund, and the First Mile / Last Mile Fund.
