TRIUMF is Canada's particle accelerator centre.


Organization's membership or classes of membership:
TRIUMF is an incorporated non-profit with charitable status owned by a consortium of Canadian member universities. The governance of TRIUMF involves: a Members’ Council – composed of one representative from each Member University; a Science Council – an advisory body composed of appointees from each Member University, members of TRIUMF’s staff, and other individuals appointed and approved by the Members’ Council; a Board of Governors (i.e., a Board of Directors); and various committees.
