• Environmental policy that would affect Shaw operations and customers.
• Ongoing discussions with regards to the rights and interests of broadcasters and online content providers, re-transmitters and internet service providers in the context of copyright legislation.
• Public safety and cybersecurity policy that would affect Shaw operations and customers.
• Spectrum policies that take into account the allocation and use of licensed and unlicensed spectrum by Canadian network operators
• Telecommunications and broadband policies that take into account the investment and innovation necessary to meet consumer and business needs.
