Description of the organization's activities:
The Child Development Institute (CDI) is an accredited charity that develops innovative, evidence-based children’s mental health programs. CDI delivers services for children ages 0-12 and youth ages 13-18, and their families across four streams: Early Intervention Services, Family Violence Services, Integra Learning Disabilities and Mental Health Services, and Healthy Child Development. CDI shares our research, knowledge, and expertise through partnerships, collaboration, training, publications and consultations, including support for a network of affiliate organizations delivering our SNAP® program across Canada and internationally.

"General Members" consisting of those persons who are Directors during their respective terms of office; and those persons interested in furthering the objectives of the Corporation and who are not in default of membership dues or whose aggregate donations in any fiscal year of the Corporation exceeds the membership fees dues payable during such year; and "Life Members" consisting of such persons admitted by resolution of the Board in recognition of outstanding contributions to the Corporation and its objectives; and "Non-Voting Members" consisting of those persons who are recipients of services from the Corporation during each year in which such services are rendered.
