Démarches effectuées dans le contexte de l’annonce faite par les gouvernements du Québec et du Canada de modifier les critères d’accès au Permis de travail post-diplôme (PTPD) pour les étudiants de certains établissements d’enseignement du Québec. Fondé en 1995, le Collège Avalon est riche de près d’une trentaine d’années d’expérience et de succès en tant que fournisseur d’éducation aux adultes et de formation professionnelle de haute qualité. Le Collège a à cœur de participer au développement économique et social du Québec et du Canada et de répondre aux défis concrets de la société , notamment en ce qui concerne la pénurie de main-d’œuvre. Dans cet ordre d’idées, les démarches visent à ouvrir le dialogue avec les décideurs publics pour revoir certains éléments de la décision récente, notamment en ce qui concerne la date d’entrée en vigueur des changements, qui est le 1er septembre 2023.
