Replenish's facilities are distinct in nature from synthetic
fertilizer manufacturing facilities. Given the
greenhouse gas emissions reductions associated with
regenerative fertilizers, Replenish seeks to explore
options with officials regarding funding opportunities to
further scale-up use of the technology across Canada.
Policies or Program
Replenish Nutrients has developed a zero-waste,
low-emission manufacturing process to produce
regenerative fertilizers. Their technology has been
tested and piloted at a facility in Beiseker, AB and now
Replenish has plans to build several more facilitates
across Alberta and Saskatchewan. replenish is looking for the Federal Government to develop policies that encourage and support regenerative agriculture and seeks to engage with government on the appropriate regulatory treatment with respect to permitting
and operation of these facilities.
