Reason for amendment:	Mélanie Bergeron of Environment Canada advised the Office of the Commissioner of Lobbying (OCL) by e-mail dated 2012-03-23 that Manjit Kerr-Upal is not a designated public office holder. The OCL advised Ecojustice of this email and removed his name from this communication report. Ecojustice understands this to have been a simple error.
