| Reason for amendment: | Husky received an email on April 17, 2019 from Ms. Denise Cloutier indicating that there was a possible inaccuracy in this monthly report (that Mr. Cam Carruthers, who had previously been listed in the report was not in fact in attendance). When Husky spoke to their representatives in attendance, they indicated that Mr. Carruthers was listed in the Outlook invitation and although they noticed he was not physically present, they thought he may have called into the meeting via telephone and wanted to err on the side of caution when reporting attendees. Apologies for this reporting error. |
