Reason for amendment:	As per e-mail received from Bob McCormick: On November 12, 2019, Mr. Zylstra advised the OCL that he is not considered a designated public office holder and therefore the communication with him does not need to be reported. He was not hired under subsection 128(1) of the Public Service Employment Act as indicated in the Lobbying Act. Please take a moment to remove his name from the monthly communication report for the meeting of 2018-10-10 by December 13, 2019.
