'This is to advise you that the Office of the Commissioner of Lobbying (OCL) has been made aware of a possible inaccuracy in a monthly communication return filed in respect of communication between your organization and Sinead Tuite, a designated public office holder. The following potential discrepancy was brought to our attention during a confirmation of lobbying activity information undertaken by this office under subsection 9.1(1) of the Lobbying Act: we were advised that Sinead Tuite is not a designated public office holder. Please take a moment to amend this report to remove Sinead Tuite's name.' |
