List of Details Subject matter Detail Health Budget 2025 - as it relates to full and sustainable funding by the Government of Canada in: A Dementia Strategy for Canada: Together We Aspire Budget, Health Communications regarding the need for $20 million over 5 years through programs like Age Well at Home, and a longer-term and larger commitment to programs like ASC's FirstLink® that have been proven to support people with dementia to live well as long as possible at home and in the community. Health Implementation metrics and success criteria for "A Dementia Strategy for Canada:Together We Aspire." Health Improve access to palliative and end-of-life care for people living with dementia in Canada. Health National standards and Safe Long-term Care Act include a common standard for the definition of an Essential Care Partner (ECP).
