Horizant seeks to support the Government of Canada's need to have an enterprise-wide view of its real property information across the country. Horizant seeks to showcase how more than 50% of its real property information is housed in its platforms and systems and how policies and procurements can be modernized to be competitive, forward thinking and supportive of government mandates. Policies ranging from the Greening Government or Acquired Assets initiatives at TBS, its GC-wide Real Property Programs at PSPC and its overall spending review.
