Reason for amendment:	On April 14, Javier Gracia-Garcia assumed Acting Associate ADM responsibilities which were previously held by Elizabeth Foster, who returned to her DG responsibilities. I had though this occurred on April 30 but it was mid-April, therefore the correction is necessary.
