- Bill C-32 - Fisheries Act respecting sustainable development of Canada's seacoast and inland fisheries, proposed changes to habitat provisions (section 35 of the current Fisheries Act) and depositin of deleterious substances provisions (section 36 of current Fisheries Act) as these may affect existing and future mineral industry facilities
