- Health Canada Consultation On Food Serving Sizes - provide comments related to the impact of proposal on select bakery foods.
- Health Canada TRANS FAT Task Force, Trans Fat Monitoirng Process pertaining to effots to voluntarily remove trans fats from the food supply
- Health Canada has proposed new allowable mycotoxin levels in wheat sold for food consumption. Advocating to ensure Canadian Food Inspection Agency monitoring and enforcement does not allow grain exceeding thresholds to enter food supply.
- Health Canada's Acrylamide Monitoring Program with respect to the Acrylamide levels in select bakery foods.
