- Meet with government officials relating to the role of occupational therapy rehabilitation in the criminal justice system/Correctional Service Canada

- Address issues regarding the approval process with the Non-Insured Health Benefits program for assistive technology prescribed by occupational therapists (e.g. wheelchairs, orthotics)
- Meet with government officials relating to the health and safety of older adults
- Meet with government officials to discuss access to occupational therapy services for select populations (e.g. veterans, armed forces, civil service)
- Monitor work related to Health Human Resources (HHR)
- Promote funding for occupational therapy research
