- With respect to decision making regarding the Mortgage Insurance Business (Banks, Authorized Foreign Banks, Trust and Loan Companies, Retail Associations, Canadian Insurance Companies and Canadian Societies) Regulations. The Regulations fall under the Bank act and the Federal Trust and Loan Companies act. The Regulations address business practices and sponsorship by the mortgage insurers of activities that lenders may attend. CAAMP's interst concerns its own activities including the National Conference, Regional Symposiums and education training.
