Legislative Proposal, Bill or Resolution
- Bill C-5, An Act to Repeal Division 20 of Part 3 of the Economic Action Plan 2015 Act. No. 1 with regard to Division 20 of Part 3 of Bill C-59, which received Royal Assent on June 23, 2015.
- Bill C-520, an Act supporting non-partisan Agents of Parliament with respect to infringment of rights of federal government employees, particularly employed in the offices of public agents.
- Bill C-59, an Act to implement certain provisions of the Budget tabled in Parliament on April 21, 2015 and other measures, with respect to Division 20 and the changes to collective bargaining rights of federal public service workers.
- Canada Grain Act in respect of inward and outward weighing of grain
- Canada Labour Code in respect of replacement workers, minimum employment standards and health and safety.
- Federal pension law reform including rules and regulations with respect to solvency requirements, and protection against the conversion of defined benefit plans to target benefit plans.
- Former Bill C-23, Fair Elections Act, with respect to the changes affecting the right to vote and the rights of third parties in elections.
- Former Bill C-31, an Act to implement certain provisions of the budget tabled in Parliament on February 11, 2014 and other measures with regard to matters related to collective bargaining.
- Former Bill C-4 (known as Economic Action Plan 2013 Act), No. 2 with respect to those sections related, and particularly to the Canada Labour Code and changes related to health and safety and Hazardous Materials and Skills Development Act; the Non-Somkers Health Act and the Department of Human Resources and Skills Development Act; as well as and the Public Service Labour Relations Act and those sections thereof relating to a) essential services designations; and b) the dispute resolution ^process (arbitration/conciliation strike); and c) the factors that an arbitration board on Public Interest Commission must consider; and d) compensation analysis and research; and e) changes to the legislative framework for grievances, and Bill C-4 (2016).
- PSAC continues to lobby for federal legislation and regulations with respect to gun registration.
- Pay equity including improvements to pay equity legislation, and with respect to the Public Sector Equitable Compensation Act.
- Public Sector Equitable Compensation Act, with regard to pay equity (equal pay for work of equal value).
- Public Service Expenditure Restraint Act with regard to its repeal
- Public Service Superannuation Act in respect of the pension surplus
- The PSAC is lobbying to maintain the long-gun registry.

- Canada Pension Plan/Québec Pension Plan: improvements, including in benefit levels and expansion of coverage.
- Canada Post Corporation with regard to the privatization of Canada Post
- Canada Post Corporation with regard to the privatization of Canada Post and with respect to the Canada Post Pension Plan.
- Child care with respect to a national, publicly-funded child care system
- Employment Insurance with respect to coverage, benefits, premiums and service delivery.
- Enhancements and improvements to federal women programs and status of women Canada, including funding of women's advocacy groups.
- Labour Program with respect to health and safety.
- Public-private partnerships and privatization/contracting out public government services and asset.
- Public-private partnerships with regard to the sale of government buildings
- Underfunding at the Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO) for the management of fisch stoks and its impact on habitat management, fishery science and enforcement.
- Use of temporary help agencies by the government of Canada with regard to the application of the Public Service Employment Act (PSEA).
