- Access to palliative care, as it relates to programs offered through Health Canada, Indigenous Services Canada, Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada, the Department of National Defence, and Employment and Social Development Canada.
- Aging at Home Benefit.
- CIHR as it relates to continued federal funding & long term investment in health research.
- Canada Health Transfer - health system funding transfer and agreements intended for provinces/territories to support the delivery of healthcare services, including cancer care services.
- Canadian Partnership Against Cancer, as it relates to continued federal funding & long term investment in health research through CIHR.
- Employment Insurance special benefit programs, asking the federal government to improve these benefits by expanding eligibility.
- Framework Convention on Tobacco Control, including protocols, guidelines and implementation.
- Funding for programs to be operated by the Canadian Cancer Society to advance cancer control.
- Health Canada's tobacco control program and policies related to tobacco and vaping products, including sustaining government funding levels, and implementation of effective programs and policies.
- Health Human Resources and Coalition for Action for health care workers.
- Measures and funding for the charitable sector generally.
- UN Declaration on the Prevention and Control of Non-Communicable Diseases, as it pertains to cancer control, including the development of a Global Coordination Mechanism; increased federal investments in prevention initiatives; and policy changes as it relates to tobacco control, healthy living, and access to screening and treatment, as identified in the Declaration.
