The Goodstoney Nation is working to facilitate and advocate for a nation-to-nation dialogue between the Government of Canada and the Stoney Nakoda Nations, in preparation for the upcoming 2025 G7 meeting to be held on their traditional territory. These discussions aim to secure financial compensation, grants, and contractual services that benefit the Stoney Nakoda people, ensuring their active participation and recognition in this significant international event.
