• Regional economic development - assisting to secure resources and develop and implement plans to improve community and regional economic development for the Mushkegowuk Region
• Ring of Fire Mining negotiations support services - assisting to organize and then carry out negotiations for Mushkegowuk Council and member First Nations to protect the environment under Aboriginal and Treaty Rights. As well, to negotiate funding and dealing with Ring of Fire mining companies, environmental assessment, and securing economic benefits.
• Seeking financing to undertake a Business Planning Project and then establish a new division of the existing Nishnawbe-Aski Police Service for the Mushkegowuk region.
• Strategic Planning - assisting to find funds and carry out strategic planning for enhanced organizational effectiveness and community benefits
• Youth development - assisting to secure provincial or federal funding to help engage the youth in their communities and in developing opportunities for the future.
