As an investment fund manager, Refraction AM is seeking to purchase energy assets in Ukraine as part of the privatization of their publicly-held assets. With the goal of building recognition as a reputable investor in Ukraine, Refraction is seeking an endorsement from the Government of Canada. This recognition by the Government of Canada lends credibility to Refraction in a jurisdiction where it is not well-known and it also enhances the potential of a transparent and fair auctioning process.
