Non Insured Health Benefits Program (NIHB) - lobbying for the pharmacy services in connection with the drug benefits provided to first nations in Ontario. It covers all spectrums of the pharmacy benefits including prescription drugs, over-the-counter drugs, open benefit drugs, Limited Use benefits, billing/payment, etc.

Proposed amendments to regulations to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act
- support the proposed amendments to regulations to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (‘CDSA’) calling for the sale of all codeine-based preparations pursuant to a prescription from an authorized prescriber, with the added recommendation of including prescriptive authority for pharmacists under the CDSA.
Regulations under the Cannabis Act regarding feedback on the kinds of products pharmacists and pharmacies would be interested in purchasing, manufacturing, or selling, should a legal pathway to market for cannabis health products be established.
